These strategies have been shown to increase attention, motivation, morale, and productivity. Team Building - This interactive session focuses on building effective teams, stages of team development and team leadership skills. Communication skills for working with groups is also a focus of this session. Superior Customer Service - The need to provide superior customer service, both to internal and external customers will be discussed. The Magic of Self Esteem - Self esteem has been shown to be positively related to success in all areas of our lives - from academics to athletics to business. This session will overview eleven practical strategies for building self esteem in our students, our families, our friends, and our co-workers.
